Y2S Consulting business concept which is designed to support our customers across the full supply chain covering Talent Acquisition and Interim Management services. We offer proactive support in terms of Talent Acquisition across all verticals in an organization, covering roles from sourcing, product design and development, production management, quality assurance, merchandising, logistics, commercial, finance and sales. Regarding our Executive Interim division, we offer on-premise presence and active and close collaboration with all stakeholders in the organization.

Our recruitment services include different models of searches depending on the partner expectations and priorities, importance of the vacant position and how critical it is to the organization. We can then prepare a proposal that will take all that into account, making sure that the best talent is identify and on-boarded within the acceptable time-frame. We can work both on contingency and retained basis, however we always advise for the latter given the fact that we can then utilize our resources to the full extent and guarantee successfully closed assignment.
We use our industry knowledge to fully screen our candidates, make sure they will meet all criteria and requirements of our clients.
